One of the reasons why we started the company is to provide JOY to the people we are interacting with. Therefore, in order to keep Mirth Properties community in line with what we envisioned. We require our tenants to meet the following requirements:

1. Monthly Income Must Be Three Times the Monthly Rent; 
2. No Bad References from Past Landlords in the Past Five Years;
3. No Eviction or Judgement History; 
4. A Minimum of 600 on Credit Report;
5. Must Pass Background Check;
6. Do Not Smoke;
7. Do Not Have a Pet;
8. Maximum Two People Per Bedroom;
9. Security Deposit Equal to One Month Rent Paid Before Receiving the Keys.
